John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary L. Jackson, aka Mary Louise Jackson, whose last place of residence is known as 426 West Judson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Richard Jackson, and Richard Jackson's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence is known as 426 West Judson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of June, 2004, Federal National Mortgage Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 1882 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary L. Jackson, aka Mary Louise Jackson, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Richard Jackson, and Richard Jackson's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-five (23325) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, Page 23, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the North line of Judson Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, having a rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 426 West Judson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of September, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
