Harold Rambert and Unknown Spouse of Harold Rambert, whose last known place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. has filed suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 1103 on the docket of said Court, in an attempt to foreclose upon real estate owned by Harold Rambert. The property is more specifically described as:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

PARCEL NO. 1:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 14467 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Hamilton Evans & Company's Plat No. 6, a Subdivision of part of Original Youngstown Great Lot No. 2, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 7 of Maps, Page 31 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 14467 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Westerly side of Hillman Street and extends back between parallel lines 141 feet on the northerly line, 141 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, which is also the Easterly line of an unwanted alley, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

And known as being in Youngstown City Lot No. 14466 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.
