Jimmie Little, whose last known place of residence was unknown, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 3rd day of February, 2004, George Reed, filed a Complaint to Foreclose Land Installment Contract on Default of Vendee against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 393 on the docket of said Court, wherefore:
Plaintiff demands judgment:
1. For foreclosure and cancellation of the land installment contract;
2. That the property be sold and that from the proceeds Plaintiff be paid the remainder of the purchase price, including interest due and unpaid deferred installments to the date of distribution and any claims or charges due him under the contract plus advances including advances for taxes and insurance; and
3. For costs in this action.
The property is more fully described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 23950 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City formerly Lot No. 139 in Stambaugh Heights as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 17 Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the South line of Almyra Avenue and extends back on its East line 207.5 feet on its West line 207.5 feet having a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said Plat.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Known as being Lot No. 23958 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City formerly Lot No. 147 in Stambaugh Heights, as recorded in Volume 11, of Plat, Page 17, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the South line of Almyra Avenue and extends back on its West line 207.5 feet on its East line 207.5 feet having a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said Plat.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 53-126-0-032.00 and 53-126-0-030.00
PROPERTY LOCATION: 467 Alymyra.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of September, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
