Decorator Depot, Inc., successors and assignees whose address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 22nd day of March, 2004, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 1001 against Margaret E. Bonamase praying for judgment in the amount of $206,126.34 with the interest thereon according to the terms of the note from February 6, 2004 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Margaret E. Bonamase and David E. Bonamase are the owners of:
Commonly known as 511 W. Regency Circle, Canfield, Ohio 44406, and further described in a mortgage filed April 28, 2001 in Volume 5070, Page 131, Mahoning County Recorder's Office.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 511 W. Regency Circle, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
And that Defendants, Decorator Depot, Inc., successors and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Household Realty Corp, is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of August, 2004. or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
