Jennifer A. Wodianka, whose last known place of address is 106 Arms Blvd., #1, Niles, Ohio 44446, and Unknown Spouse, if any, Jennifer A. Wodianka, whose last known address is 106 Arms Blvd., #1, Niles, Ohio 44446, will take notice that on the 4th day of March, 2004, EMC Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 04CV 779. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclosure the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Sub Lot No. 21 in the Central Realty Plat No. 1, as recorded in Plat Volume 20 at Page 241, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Sub Lot No. 21 has a frontage of 100 feet on the Northerly side of Rockwell Road and extends back 200 feet on the Easterly line, 200 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 5470 Rockwell Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of July, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
