To the Defendants, Hope Rager and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Hope Rager, whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 17th day of July, 2003, Plaintiff, Sky Bank, successor in interest to Western Reserve Bank of Ohio (hereinafter referred to as "Sky Bank"), filed a Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case Number 03CV 2400. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose on a mortgage against the real estate currently owned by Defendant Mary Ann Santistevan, referred to in Count Two of the Complaint and more fully described as:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 44598 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Volume 19 of Maps, Pages 1 to 6 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 44598 has a frontage of 55 feet on the Easterly side of Loveland Road and extends back 103.10 feet on the Northerly line, 88 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 57 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, subject to all legal highways.

The relief demanded in the Complaint is foreclosure of Sky Bank's mortgage lien interest and sale of the Property for payment of the principal and interest balance due and owing on a Multistate Fixed Rate Note executed by Defendant, Mary Ann Santistevan, in the amount of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-seven and 33/100 Dollars ($10,867.33) plus interest thereon at the rate of 11.5500% per annum from July 11, 2003, plus late fees, costs of this action, costs of title work and future expenses as may be advanced by Sky Bank under the terms of the mortgage and such further relief to which Sky Bank may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 6th day of July, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules of Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
