Robb, Jr., whose last place of residence is 58 Snyder Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 24th day of December, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 4610 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant William J. Robb, Jr. has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-one (1,841) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 14 of Plats, Page 89, Mahoning County Records.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of June, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
