Florence Williams, whose last place of residence is 5225 Seminole Trail, Las Cruces, NM 88012, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Edward Williams, whose last place of residence is known as 5225 Seminole Trail, Las Cruces, NM 88012, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Edith Smith, whose last place of residence is known as 61 South Bon, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, but whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edith Smith, whose last place of residence is known as 61 South Bon, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and MNC Consumer Discount Company, whose last place of business is known as P.O. Box 1458, Pittsburgh, PA 45230, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 28th day of January, 2004, Washington Mutual Specialty Mortgage, L.L.C., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 317 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Florence Williams, Edward Williams, Edith Smith, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edith Smith, and MNC Consumer Discount Company have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 55918, as shown in Thompson Plat No. 1 recorded in Volume 28, Page 164, Mahoning County Record of Plats.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 55918 has a frontage of 55 feet on the East line of Bon Air Avenue and extends back therefrom 200 feet on its North line, 200 feet on its South line, and has a rear line of 55 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 61 South Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of June, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
