Dourlas, whose last known addresses are unknown, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been named a defendants in a legal action entitled First National Bank, fka Metropolitan National Bank, fka Metropolitan Savings Bank of Ohio v. Anthanasios T. Dourlas, aka Athanasios T. Dourlas, et al. This action has been assigned Case Number 04CV 515, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

The object of the complaint is to foreclose on the property known and described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 9 in the Masters Plat No. 2, and Replat of Lot No. 9 Masters Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 49 of Plats, Page 63, Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 5842 Badal Drive, Lowellville, Ohio 44436.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on the 29th day of June, 2004, and the twenty-eight (28) days for answer will commence on that date.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
