Cora Lee Miles' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, American Savings and Loan Association, whose last place of business is known as 131 Oyster Creek Drive, Lake Jackson, TX 77566, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 23rd day of February, 2004, Alliance Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 630 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Cora Lee Miles' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, and American Savings and Loan Association have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and described as follows, to wit: and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen (11316) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 4, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the North line of Chalmers Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 88 East Chalmers Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 29th day of June, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
