JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2002, AMONG CREDIT-BASED ASSET SERVICING AND SECURITIZATION, LLC, SALOMON BROTHERS MORTGAGE SECURITIES VII, INC., LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP AND JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, SALOMON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-CB3, C/O LITTON LOAN SERVICING, L.P.

Victor R. Litwiler, whose last known address is 1097 Bedford Road, No. 2, Masury, Ohio 44438, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Victor R. Litwiler, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 13th day of February, 2004, JP Morgan Chase Bank, as Trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of June 1, 2002, among Credit-Based Asset Servicing and Securitization, LLC, Salomon Brothers Mortgage Securities VII, Inc., Litton Loan Servicing LP and JP Morgan Chase Bank, Salomon Mortgage Loan Trust, C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-CB3, c/o Litton Loan Servicing, L.P. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 04CV 511 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 170 North Bridge Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 4713, Page 211, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 38-003-001-7-000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of June, 2004, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
