Todd D. Worona, whose last place of residence is known as 1228 Woodledge Drive, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Irene N. Worona, whose last place of residence is known as 1228 Woodledge Drive, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of February, 2004, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 420 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Courhouse 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Todd D. Worona and Irene N. Worona have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 114 in Still Meadows Plat No. 7, as recorded in Volume 71 of Plats, Page 22, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 75 feet on the Northwesterly line of Woodledge Drive and extends back on its Northwesterly line 150 feet, and on its Southwesterly line 150 feet, having a rear line of 75 feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1228 Woodledge Drive, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440-9406.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 16th day of June, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
