Ann Theresa Bojadich, whose last place of residence is known as 38 Fox Street, Hubbard, Ohio 44425, but whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ann Theresa Bojadich, whose last place of residence is known as 38 Fox Street, Hubbard, Ohio 44425, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 26th day of January, 2004, The Leader Mortgage Company, aka The Leader Mortgage Company, L.L.C., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 278 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Ann Theresa Bojadich and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ann Theresa Bojadich, have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot Number Thirty-five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-one (35361) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Pages 24 and 25, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the South line of Avondale Avenue, formerly known as Aberdeen Avenue, and extends back on its East line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 573 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of June, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
