Eleanor D. Black, aka Elnora D. Black's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 24th day of December, 2003, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Full Spectrum Lending, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 4609 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Courthouse 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Eleanor D. Black aka Elnora D. Black's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being that portion of Lot Number 2 of the Replat of Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2 in the Thomas R. Black Plat No. 1 as recorded in Official Record Plat Book 98, Page 246, as was conveyed in Deed recorded in Official Record Volume 2201, Page 187, of the Mahoning County Records.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 16th day of June, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
