Toni M. Stillion, whose last known address is 415 N. Johnson Road, Sebring, Ohio 44672, will take notice that on the 30th day of October, 2003, U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust 2002-HE3, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 03CV 3845. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Smith, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio: And known as being a part of the East half of the North East Quarter of Section 28 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning for the same at the center of Ohio Avenue and Johnson Road, being the South East Corner of the said Quarter Section; thence North with the center of Johnson Avenue and the East line of said Quarter Section 425.0 feet to the North property line of Maryland Avenue; thence West 30.0 feet to the West line of Johnson Road at the intersection of the North line of Maryland Avenue extended and the True Place of Beginning of the tract hereby described; thence continuing North with the West line of Johnson Avenue and a line 30.0 feet West of the East line of said Quarter Section 150.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 38' West 214.9 feet to an iron pin; thence South 150.00 feet to an iron pin on the North property line of Maryland Avenue; thence North Eighty Nine Degrees 38' East along the North line of Maryland Avenue, 214.9 feet to an iron pin which is the true place of beginning and containing 0.843 acres of land be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 415 North Johnson Road, Sebring, Ohio 44672.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of June, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
