Michael Allen Balogh, whose last place of residence is known as: 3407 Belden Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 15th day of January, 2003, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, a National Banking Association, fka Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 177 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the above-named Defendant, has or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot Number Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred Forty-six (25546) according the the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 10 in Powerstown Plat No. 2, as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 90, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the North line of Belden Avenue and extends back on its West line One Hundred Fifty-four and Seven Tenths (154.7) feet, and on its East line One Hundred Sixty-one and Eight Tenths (161.8) feet, having a rear line of Forty-six and Eight Hundredths (46.08) feet, as appears by said plat.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot Number Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred Forty-five (25545) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 9 in Powerstown Plat No. 2, as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 90, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the Northerly line of Belden Avenue and extends back on its Easterly line One Hundred Fifty-four and Seven Tenths (154.7) feet, and on its Westerly line One Hundred Fifty-one and Eighty-five Hundredths (151.85) feet, which is also the Easterly line of Leah Avenue, having a rear line of Fifty and Six Tenths (50.6) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 9th DAY OF JUNE, 2004.
