Home America Financial Services, Inc., whose last place of business is known as 7340 Shadeland Station 100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46256, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 10th day of January, 2004, The Leader Mortgage Company, aka The Leader Mortgage Company, L.L.C., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 95 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant Home America Financial Services, Inc., has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Campbell City Lot No. 1956 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 68 of Plats, Page 216, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 60 feet on the South line of Tremble Avenue and extends back on its East line 174.14 feet, and on its West line 174.14 feet, having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 115 Tremble Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405-1631.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of May, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
