Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Steven J. Devereux, whose last place of residence is known as 2105 Burbank Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, but whose present place of residence is unknown, First National Bank of Keystone, whose last place of business is known as 69 Main Street, Keystone, WV 24852, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 15th day of December, 2003, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Alliance Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 4475 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Steven J. Devereux and First National Bank of Keystone have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being City Lot Number Twenty-one Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-seven (21777) according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City as shown in Replat filed in Mahoning County Records, Volume 52 of Plats, Page 227 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Sixty-five (65) feet on the Southeasterly side of Burbank Avenue as extends back on its Northeasterly line One Hundred Fifty-five (155) feet and on its Southwesterly line One Hundred Fifty-five (155) feet, and having a rear line of Sixty-six (66) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2105 Burbank Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of May, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
