DEFENDANTS.

Defendants, the unknown heirs, legatees, devisees and next of kin of David W. Mintler, deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown; YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been named the defendant in a legal action entitled First National Bank, fka Metropolitan National Bank, fka The Metropolitan Savings Bank v. Sharon L. Mintler, aka Sharon Lee Mintler, et al. This action has been assigned Case No. 04CV 694, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

The object of the complaint is to foreclose on the property known and described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 34018 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown in a Plat thereof known as Carnegie Steel Company Plat recorded in Volume 17, Page 105, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 34018 has a frontage of 46 feet on the North line of Midland Avenue and extends back on its East line 125 feet, and extends back on its West line 125 feet, having a rear line of 46 feet as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1712 Midland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of May, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
