Defendants, JOHN DOE AND/OR JANE DOE, REAL NAMES UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ADMINISTRATORS, EXECUTORS AND ASSIGNS OF NICHOLAS C. KRATSAS, DECEASED, whose addresses are unknown, AND MARIA E. KRATSAS AND JOHN DOE, REAL NAME UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE IF ANY, OF MARIA E. KRATSAS, will take notice that on the 13th day of February, 2004, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., fka Norwest Mortgage, Inc., filed its Supplemental Complaint in Case Number 03CV 3713, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, JOHN DOE AND/OR JANE DOE, REAL NAMES UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ADMINISTRATORS, EXECUTORS AND ASSIGNS OF NICHOLAS C. KRATSAS, DECEASED, whose addresses are unknown, AND MARIA E. KRATSAS AND JOHN DOE, REAL NAME UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF MARIA E. KRATSAS, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 27078 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in the Campbell Land Co. Plat #2, a subdivision of a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 44 as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 50 of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 27078 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly side of Florida Avenue and extends back therefrom a distance of 150 feet on the Easterly line, a distance of 150 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat.

Known for street numbering purposes as 1408 E. Florida Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-109-0-336.00-0

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2004.
