John Davis, aka John R. Davis, aka John Robert Davis, whose last known place of residence was 479 Southward Drive, Austintown, Ohio 44515-3502, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of November, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case Number 03CV 3905 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant, John Davis, aka John R. Davis, aka John Robert Davis, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 221 in the Replat of Westgate Park Plat No. 2 as recorded in Volume 40, Pages 49, 50 and 51, Mahoning County Records, and further recorded in Volume 1374, Page 126 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Plat Lot No. 221 has a frontage of 55 feet on the East side of Southward Drive and extends back therefrom of even width throughout a distance of 220.1 feet and is 52 feet wide in the rear, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 479 Southward Drive.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of April, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
