Case No. 03CV 3849

BANK ONE, N.A.

PLAINTIFF,

VS.

JEFFREY L. JACKSON, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

Jeffrey L. Jackson, whose last known address is 10688 Main Street, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, will hereby take notice that on the 30th day of October, 2003, Bank One, N.A., filed its Complaint in Case Number 03CV 3849 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, on the docket of said Court, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 10688 Main Street, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, and also known as Parcel Numbers 03-005-154 and 03-005-156 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to Plaintiff's mortgage filed in official record book, 4406, Page 11 on the 19th day of April, 2000 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s), Jeffrey L. Jackson in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendant(s) are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of April, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
