DEFENDANTS.
Maxine Stevens, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Maxine Stevens, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 6th day of November, 2003, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 03CV 3920 against Maxine Stevens praying for judgment in the amount of $31,532.41 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from October 10, 2003, until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant, Maxine Stevens is the owner of:
Commonly known as 513 Parkwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, and further described in a mortgage filed March 27, 2001 in Volume 5011, Page 273, Mahoning County Recorder's Office.

and that Defendants, Maxine Stevens, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Maxine Stevens, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees be required to set up an interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Household Finance Company is entitled.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
Said Defendants will take notice that it be required to answer said Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being on or before the 9th day of April, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
