Wilma Vaught's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of October, 2003, Federal National Mortgage Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 3827 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Wilma Vaught's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 34757 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot No. 560 of Subdivision No. 6 of Cochran Park, as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 16, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 41.2 feet on the South line of Potomac Avenue, formerly Park Drive, and extends back on its East line 135 feet, and on its West line 135 feet, having a rear line of 41.2 feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 261 Potomac Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of April, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
