Gussie Roland's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gussie Roland's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence unknown, will take notice that on the 17th day of October, 2003, Washington Mutual Bank, FA, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 3727 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, P.O. Box 928, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Gussie Roland's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gussie Roland's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:

And known as being Lot Number Fourteen Thousand Seventy-three (14073) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, Page 13, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the South line of Glenaven Street and extends back on its East line One Hundred Fifty-four and Ninety-six Hundredths (154.96) feet and on its West line One Hundred Fifty-six and Eighty-two Hundredths (156.82) feet, having a rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 355 West Glenhaven Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of March, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
