Elaine C. Davis' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elaine C. Davis Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of September, 2003, The Leader Mortgage Company, aka The Leader Mortgage Company, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 3414 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Elaine C. Davis' Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elaine C. Davis Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:

PARCEL NO. 1:

And known as being City Lot 28300 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown by plat recorded in Volume 10, Page 21, Mahoning County Records.

PARCEL NO. 2:

And known as being the rear 34.64 feet of YCL 28301 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown in plat recorded in Volume 10, Page 21, Mahoning County Records.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 53-106-0-502.00 and 53-106-0-503.00

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1801 McGuffey Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of March, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
