Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Thomas Clark, aka Thomas J. Clark, Jr., whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown and The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Thomas Clark, aka Thomas J. Clark, Jr., Deceased whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of October, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case Number 03CV 3597 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas Clark, aka Thomas J. Clark, Jr., and The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Thomas Clark, aka Thomas J. Clark, Jr., Deceased have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being located in Lot No. 22 of said township and beginning in the center of the Austintown-Canfield Road 66 feet south of the southeast corner of lands formerly owned by Donald Jones, now owned by Godfrey Roth; thence in a westerly direction along the south line of lands now owned by William S. White and Mary E. White, a southerly distance of 543 feet; thence a distance of 66 feet to a point; thence easterly on a line parallel to the south line of said Godfrey Roth land a distance of 543 feet to the center of said highway; thence northerly along the center of said highway a distance of 66 feet to the place of beginning; be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of March, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
