FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
PLAINTIFF,
VS.
MICHAEL J. WARREN, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Michael J. Warren, whose last known address is 832 East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Michael J. Warren, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 26th day of September, 2003, LaSalle Bank, N.A., fka LaSalle National Bank, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated 06/01/1999, Series 1999-2, c/o EMC Mortgage Corporation filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 03CV 3357 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 832 East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 4069, page 229, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-112-0-128.00-0
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of February, 2004, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
