Unknown Heirs/Devisees of John J. Camuso and the Unknown Heirs/Devisees of Margaret M. Camuso, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of November, 2003, First Place Bank, Successor in interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown, filed a Complaint In Foreclosure against the John J. Camuso and Margaret M. Camuso, et al., asking for judgment. The total balance due on the property located at 142 Gladstone Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405-1076, is $30,641.57, plus interest at the rate of 7.125% per annum ($7.37 per diem) from November 18, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advanced made by First Place Bank for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgages and sale of the real estate described as follows:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-four (3874) and Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-three (3873) in the Keesecker Land Co. Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of original Coitsville Township Great Lot No. 25, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume Twenty-one (21) of Maps, Page Thirty-one (31) of Mahoning County Records.
Said Campbell City Lot No. 3874 has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the Northerly side of Gladstone Street, and extends back between parallel lines One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet on the Easterly line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, subject to all legal highways.
Said Campbell City Lot No. 3873 has a frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the Northerly side of Gladstone Street, and extends back between parallel line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet on the Easterly line, One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 142 Gladstone Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405-1076.
Unknown Heirs/Devisees are required to answer said Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings. Said answer day being the 10th day of February, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
