Kitchen, aka Norman Willie Kitchen's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, Sheila E. Kitchen, aka Sheila Kitchen, aka Sheila Elizabeth Kitchen's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of July, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., successor by merger to Atlantic Mortgage and Investment Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 2314 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Norman W. Kitchen, aka Norman Willie Kitchen's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and Sheila E. Kitchen, aka Sheila Kitchen, aka Sheila Elizabeth Kitchen's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and described as follows, to wit:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot #15153, formerly known as Sublot No. 296 in Elm Street Heights Plat #2, a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 42, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 10, Page 159 of Mahoning County Records, and being 40 feet front on the North side of New York Avenue, and extending back of equal width 155 feet on the East line, 155 feet on the West line, and having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 6th day of February, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
