Blanch Clara Wood, whose last place of residence is known as 5026 Southern Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512-2105, but whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Blanch Clara Wood, whose last place of residence is known as 5026 Southern Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512-2105, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A. as Custodian or Trustee, whose last known place of business as well as whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 16th day of September, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 3209 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Blanch Clara Wood, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Blanch Clara Wood, and Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Custodian or Trustee have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Plat Lot No. 33 in Willows Plat a subdivision of a part of original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 423rd Div. as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 42 of Mahoning County Records. Said Plat Lot No. 33 has a frontage of 80 feet on the Westerly side of Southern Boulevard and extends back between parallel lines 180 feet on the Northerly line, 180 feet on the Southerly line being also the Northerly line of Willow Drive and has a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 5026 Southern Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512-2105.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 6th day of February, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
