William Dallas whose last known address is UNKNOWN and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 17th day of October, 2003, LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 03CV 3711 in said Court against Richard D. Page, et al. praying for judgment of $52,642.08 with interest at the rate of 8.99% per annum from June 1, 2003 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 26565 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 35 of Maps, Page 98, Mahoning County Records.

Known for street numbering purposes as 3432 Tangent Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-069-0-437.00

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of January, 2004, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
