DEFENDANTS.

Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Glen H. Wilson, deceased, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 8th day of September, 2003, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 03CV 3083 against Mary J. Wilson and Unknown heirs, legatees, devisees, executors, executrixes, administrators, praying for judgment in the amount of $54,658.53 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from August 14, 2003 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Mary J. Wilson and Unknown heirs, legatees, devisees, executors, executrixes, administrators, are the owners of:

Commonly known as 554 E. Florida Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, and further described in a mortgage filed in Mahoning County Recorder's Office.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 554 E. Florida Avenue.

and that Defendants, Unknown heirs, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Glen H. Wilson, deceased, be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Household Realty Corp. is entitled.

Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.

Said Defendants will take notice that it be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 7th day of January, 2004, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
