Willie Archie, et al. and Beverly Archie whose last known address is 130 Coitsville Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405, and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 30th day of May, 2003, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, fka Bankers Trust Company, as Custodian or Trustee, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 03CV 1806 in said Court against Willie Archie, et al., et al. praying for judgment of $66,353.58 with interest at the rate of 11.969% per annum from January 1, 2003 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

PARCEL NO. 1:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Campbell City Lot Number Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-three (3453) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.

Said Campbell City Lot No. 3453 has a frontage of Eighty-four (84) feet on the Northerly side of Coitsville Road and extends back on its Easterly line Eighty-six (86) feet, on its Westerly line Eighty-six (86) feet, and has a rear line of Eighty-four (84) feet. Being same lands conveyed to Grantor herein by deed recorded in Volume 1040, 1271, Page 186, Mahoning County Records of Deeds.

PARCEL NO. 2:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Campbell City Lots Numbers Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty (3920) and Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-one (3921) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.

PARCEL NO. 3:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being part of Out Lots Number Thirty-six (36) and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of Courtland Avenue with the Southerly line of an alley;

Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said alley a distance of Fifty and Forty-eight Hundredths (50.48) feet to a point;

Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of City Lot No. 3920 a distance of One Hundred One and Five Tenths (101.5) feet to a point;

Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of a lot now or formerly owned by John Durshoc a distance of Eighty-four (84) feet to the Easterly line of Courtland Avenue;

Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Courtland Avenue a distance of One Hundred Sixteen and Five Hundredths (116.05) feet to the place of beginning;

And containing within the above described boundaries One Hundred Ten Thousandths (.110) acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Known for street numbering purposes as 130 Coitsville Road, Campbell, Ohio 44405

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 46-001-0-269.00-0, 46-001-0-271.00-0, 46-001-0-272.00-0, 46-001-0-273.00-0

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of December, 2003, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
