Bessie DeWan, aka Bessie M. DeWan's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bessie DeWan, aka Bessie M. DeWan, whose last place of residence is known as 553 Woodside Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Russell C. Hixson, Sr., whose last place of residence is known as 553 Woodside Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Russell C. Hixson, Sr., whose present place of residence is known as 553 Woodside Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 7, 2003, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 1532 in Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Bessie DeWan, aka Bessie M. DeWan's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bessie DeWan, aka Bessie M. DeWan, Russell C. Hixson, Sr., and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Russell C. Hixson, Sr., have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 553 Woodside Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 34560 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Kirkwood Terrace, Fourth Addition, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 46, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 9 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 34560 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly side of Woodside Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 131 feet on the Northerly line, 131 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat.

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of December, 2003, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
