The action has been assigned Case No. 03CV 3526 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio.

The object of the complaint is to quiet title to the subject property in favor of the Plaintiff on property in which you may have an interest and thereby extinguishing your interest in such property and to generally to give a clear title to the subject property in favor of the Plaintiff to the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio; and known as being the Westerly 30 feet of Youngstown City Lot 18035 according to the latest enumeration of Youngstown City Lots and OutLots.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1739 Manhattan Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

The prayer of the complaint is to quiet title in favor of the Plaintiff and to give clear title to the subject premises to the Plaintiff and to extinguish any and all interest in and to said premises held by you.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of December, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
