Donald L. Hart, whose last place of residence is known as 2850 Roy Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44509-5769, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Young Ja Hart, whose last place of residence is known as 2850 Roy Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44509-5769, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 27th day of February, 2003, Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., Successor in Interest by Merger to Homeside Lending, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 689 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Donald L. Hart and Young Ja Hart have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lots Number Twenty Thousand Eight (20008) and Twenty Thousand Nine (20009) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City formerly known as Lots Number 119 and 120 in Gabriel C Davis Allotment as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 8, Mahoning County Records.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 53-180-278.00 and 53-180-279.00

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2850 Roy Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44509-5769.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of December, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
