Oliver, Deceased, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joseph S. Oliver, aka Joseph Samuel Oliver, aka Joseph A. Oliver, Deceased, whose last place of residence is known as 816 Crandall Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44510, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of September, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 3081 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Joseph S. Oliver, aka Joseph Samuel Oliver, aka Joseph A. Oliver, Deceased and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joseph S. Oliver, aka Joseph Samuel Oliver, aka Joseph A. Oliver have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-nine Thousand Fifty-four (29054) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, Page 62, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the North line of Crandall Avenue, formerly known as Abbott Avenue, and extends back on its East line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, having a rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 816 Crandall Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44510.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of December, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
