Sheryl Blackmon, aka Sheryl E. Blackmon, whose last place of residence is known as 615 West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511-3231, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank, whose last place of business as well as whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 25th day of August, 2003, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 2910 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Sheryl Blackmon, aka Sheryl E. Blackmon and Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-three Thousand Sixty-Six (23066) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 44, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the South line of Ravenwood Avenue and extends back on its West line One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, and on its East line One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways..

PROPERTY LOCATION: 615 Ravenwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of December, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
