Stephen Russell, aka Steve Russell and Jane Doe, and/or Meredith V. Russell aka Meredith Russell, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 26th day of June, 2003, First Place Bank, Successor In Interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown, fka First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Youngstown, filed a Complaint in Foreclosure against Mark Mallen, aka Mark A. Mallen, et al, asking for judgment. The balance due on the property located at 353 Fairgreen Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, is $4,997.78, plus interest at the rate of 9.75% per annum from June 20, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advances made by FIRST PLACE BANK for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 16154 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Apartment House Company's Plat No. 1 as recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 12, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 75 feet on the South line of Fairgreen Avenue, and extends back on its East line 200 feet, on its West line 200 feet, having a rear line of 75 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 353 Fairgreen Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.

Defendants, STEPHEN RUSSELL, AKA STEVE RUSSELL and JANE DOE, and/or MEREDITH V. RUSSELL, aka MEREDITH RUSSELL are required to answer said Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after publication of this notice being the 10th day of December, 2003, or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
