VALERIE C. REMICK, ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

Robert S. Remick, whose last known address is 274 Afton Avenue, Youngstown Ohio 44512, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minors and/or incompetent heirs of Robert S. Remick, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 27th day of May, 2003, National City Home Loan Services, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 03CV 1753 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 274 Afton Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book O.R. 5135, Page 1263, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-009-0-017.00-0

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of November, 2003, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
