UNKNOWN HEIRS/DEVISEES OF JOHN NICOARA, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 13th day of February, 2003, First Place Bank filed a Complaint In Foreclosure against the ESTATE OF JOHN NICOARA and ELIZABETH NICOARA asking for judgment in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 03CV 526 on the docket of said Court, alleging that:

The balance due on the property located at 7416 Salinas Trail, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, is $30,641.57, plus interest at the rate of 7.50% per annum from February 13, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advanced made by FIRST PLACE BANK for taxes, insurance, maintenance, preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgages and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Three Hundred Twenty-one (321) Skyline Manor Plat #1 as recorded in Volume 31 of Plats, Page 43, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Seventy (70) feet on the West line of Salinas Trail and extends back on its North line One Hundred Thirty and Twenty-seven hundredths (130.27) feet on its South line One Hundred Twenty-nine and Forty-six hundredths (129.46) feet, having a rear line of Seventy (70) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

UNKNOWN HEIRS/DEVISEES are required to answer said Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice and/or the 27th day of November, 2003, or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
