Michael Marciano, whose last known address is unknown, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been named the defendant in a legal action entitled First National Bank, fka Metropolitan National Bank, fka Metropolitan Savings Bank of Ohio v. Shirley A. Marciano, et al. This action has been assigned Case Number 03 CV 2093, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio 44503.
The object of the complaint is to foreclose on the property known and described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being Campbell City Lot Number Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-seven (4827) and the Westerly Fifteen (15) feet of Campbell City Lot Number Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-eighty (4828) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sub Lots No. 1504 and 1505 respectively in the East Youngstown Land and Improvement Company Plat No. 3, a subdivision of a part of the original Township Great Lot No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 44, Mahoning County Records.
Said lots together form a compact parcel of land having a frontage of Fifty-five (55) feet on the Northerly side of Porter Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Forty (140) feet and on its West line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a combined rear line of Fifty-five (55) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
PARCEL NO. 2
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Campbell City Lot Number Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-nine (4829) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 61 of Plats, Page 93, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of Eighty-seven and Five Tenths (87.5) feet on the North line of Porter Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Eighty-seven and Five Tenths (87.5) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 46-018-0-207.00 (Lot 4827), 46-018-0-208.00 (Lot 4828), and 46-018-0-209.00 (Lot 4829).
PROPERTY LOCATION: 752 Porter Avenue.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 21st day of November, 2003.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
