This proceeding is captioned R. Edward French and Frances R. French vs. Dorothy M. Belser and Unknown Heirs of Dorothy M. Belser, Case No. 03-CV-2790, Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, and requests the title to be quieted on vacant land on Ohio Avenue, Sebring, Ohio, more fully described as follows:
Situated in the Village of Sebring, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as East half (1/2) of Lot 284 on Ohio Avenue.
