Jamie L. Knieriemen whose last known address is 209 Spring Park Avenue, Saint Clairsville, Ohio 43950, and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 13th day of May, 2003, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, fka Bankers Trust Co., as Custodian or Trustee filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 03CV 1599 in said Court against Scot E. Knieriemen, et al praying for judgment of $100,276.04 with interest at the rate of 11.25% per annum from August 1, 2002 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number 165 in Alburn Heirs Plat as recorded in Volume 23 of Plats, Page 3, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of 58 feet on the Northeasterly curved line of Hudson Drive and extends back on its Northwesterly line 174.85 feet, and on its Southeasterly line 173.12 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of October, 2003, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
