Unknown Heirs of Mozelle R. Higgins and the Occupant/Tenant, whose last known addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on the 11th day of March, 2003, First Place Bank, Successor In Interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown, filed a Complaint In Foreclosure against Mozelle R. Higgins, et al., asking for judgment. The balance due on the property located at 520 Idora Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, is $11,281.66, plus interest at the rate of 9.50% per annum from March 11, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advances made by First Place Bank for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-eight (24,538) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 20 of Plats, Page 77, Mahoning County records.

Said lot has a frontage of Forty-three (43) on the North line of Idora Avenue and extends back on its East line, which is also the West line of Firnley Avenue, One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, and on its West One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, having a rear line of Forty-three (43) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

Defendants, Unknown Heirs of Mozelle R. Higgins and the Occupant/Tenant are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
