Willie Parker aka William Parker, Administrator to the Estate of Morris Head Deceased, whose last place of residence is known as 311 Ayers Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506-1710, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christopher Taylor, whose last place of residence is known as 311 Ayers Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506-1710, but whose present place of residence is unknown, James Parker, whose last place of residence is known as 311 Ayers Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506-1710, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of James Parker, whose last place of residence is known as 311 Ayers Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506-1710, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 20th day of December, 2002, The Alliance Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 04011 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Willie Parker aka William Parker, Administrator to the Estate of Morris Head, Deceased, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christopher Taylor, James Parker, and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of James Parker, have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in The City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 7479 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 7479 has a frontage of 50 feet on the East side of Ayers Street, and extends back 150 feet on the North line, 150 feet on the South, having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be th same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 311 Ayers Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506-1710.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of September, 2003.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
