The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Leemonte E. Duncan, deceased whose last known address is unknown, and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 21st day of May, 2003, Wells Fargo Bank, Minnesota, N.A., as Trustee for Delta Funding Home Equity Loan Trust 1999-2 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 03CV 1698 in said Court against Leemonte E. Duncan, et al. praying for judgment of $45,530.68 with interest at the rate of 8.8% per annum from September 5, 2002 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-six (57226), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and as shown recorded in Volume 30 of Maps, at Page 294 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot Number Fifty-seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-six (57226) has a frontage of eighty (80) feet along the Westerly line of Bouquet Avenue, and extends back, of even width, a distance of One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and has a rear line of eighty (80) feet, as appears by said plat.

Known for street numbering purposes as 46 Bouquet Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 23rd day of September, 2003, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
