Betty L. Gordon and Donald G. Gordon whose last known address is 118 Matta Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 25th day of February, 2003, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 03CV 643 in said Court against Betty L. Gordon, et al. praying for judgment of $47,103.84 with interest at the rate of 9.0% per annum from July 1, 2002 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: known as being City Lot #20524 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City and as shown recorded in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 69, Mahoning County Records.

Also known as 118 Matta Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 10th day of September, 2003, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
