THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS OF CHARLES J. MULLINS, DECEASED, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

The Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Charles J. Mullins, Deceased, addresses unknown, will take notice that on the 21st day of April, 2003, Keybank USA, NA, filed it's Complaint in Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 03CV 1316.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate, owned by Charles J. Mullins, to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Sub Lot No. 361 in Brookewood Plat No. 12, a Subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township, Great Lot No. 20, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 61 of Maps, Page 325 of Mahoning County Records. Said Sub Lot No. 361 has a frontage of 84 feet on the Easterly side of Orchard Hill Drive and extends back between parallel lines 140 feet on the Southerly line, 140 feet on the Northerly line and has a rear line of 84 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3503 Orchard Hill, Canfield, OH 44406.

The relief demanded in the foreclousre of the Plaintiff's mortgage is the amount of $101,694.30, plus interest at the rate of 11.6 percent per annum from March 10, 2003, until paid; judgment for title costs and court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the real estate described in the mortgage be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees, Executors and Administrators of Charles J. Mullins, Deceased, be required to Answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, the last publication being made on July 17, 2003. And said answer day being the 14th day of August, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
